Objective: Teaching is considered as one of the noble professions and faculties has responsibility to sculpt behavior, potential future any individual. convey proficiency, education their expertise students. This study's objective investigate analyse impact motivation on faculty commitment. Theoretical Framework: It proposed that reduce attrition, retain enhance efficiency faculties, it necessary for Arts Science colleges incorporate better commitment strategies. Methods: A quantitative descriptive research opted 340 from various at south Tamil Nadu region are taken Results Conclusion: Outcome shows a positive strong correlation among members' When dimensions (Intrinsic Motivation (IM) Extrinsic (EM)) considered, also reveals between two constructs.
